The summer of 2009 I moved my family of six, teaching career, and computer graphics business to southwest Washington. All I had going for me when we got there was a teaching job at Camas High teaching chemistry and one friend living up in Rainier.

We did not have a home picked out but thought we could find what we wanted. After about 50 different home views, we changed up our search parameters and found a terrific place in Brush Prairie around August 6th or 7th. Luckily for us, Chris happened to be the listing agent whose number was listed on the very last flier in the receptacle at the property. We called him and he showed the house within five minutes...already I was impressed.

He showed us the house patiently and in detail and I hired him as our buying agent.

Since then, he did everything and more to make my wife and I feel that 1) we had a real professional in our corner, 2) that we had a friend we could count on here in Washington, and 3) frankly got us a great deal to boot. He has been patient with me, explaining things in clear language that a layman could understand, he walked me though every step of the process, and saw to our every need and concern from the very top of the house to the smallest detail in the yard. He even helped me program the sprinklers.

If you have an award for the most deserving agent around, I urge that you give it to Mr. Kelsey. When he says "good old-fashioned service," you can bet it's no jive. He's the real deal. I would recommend him to anyone without any reservation...in fact, I would be honored to do so.
